  • ·         (A) Chicken with vegetables and orange sauce – Syrian, 13th Century
  • ·         (G) Bulgur tabouli with chickpeas, herbs and vegetables
  • ·         Lentils with carrots and onion – Syrian, 13th Century
  • ·         Saffron rice
  • ·         (A) Salad of greens dressed with oranges, honey, basil, and oil
  • ·         (G) Flatbreads (purchased)

Dessert course:

  • ·         Fresh and dried fruits (may include figs, raisins, dates, grapes, apricots, etc.)

Beverages:

  • ·         Lemon sharbat (lemonade made from lemon syrup)
